Project Highlights

Below are some representative examples of the mobile device projects and roles that shaped my approach to monozukuri and project support.

・Led software development for TV-equipped mobile handsets such as D900i and 903iTV
at Mitsubishi Electric. These projects combined tight hardware constraints,
broadcast-related requirements, and operator specifications in the early days
of mobile multimedia.

・Served as Project Manager at Sony Ericsson for large-scale smartphone
development, including global models such as Vivaz U5 and Xperia S.
Successfully coordinated hardware, software, and operator requirements to
achieve total shipments of 8 million units.

・Worked at Sony Mobile’s development site in Sweden, acting as a bridge between
European mobile operators and Japanese development teams. Supported new model
introductions and continuous quality improvement for the European market.

・Engaged in mobile phone business development in Europe as General Manager,
working with key customers and partners to shape new opportunities and align
product plans with market needs.

・Served as a QA Analyst for global markets at Sony, responsible for analyzing
market quality issues, coordinating responses across regions, and feeding
lessons learned back into future product planning and development.

These experiences inform how MJ Consulting supports clients today:
by combining technical understanding, project management, and market-quality
perspectives into practical, hands-on support.
