Together, we define the support needed, priorities, responsibilities and decision-making arrangements. We agree the scope and fees before work begins, with clear next steps for both your team and MJ Consulting.
3. Work alongside your team
For project management and Japan–global business support, we take part in agreed working meetings, coordinate follow-up and help teams address delivery risks, quality gates and communication gaps. We support overseas companies working with Japanese partners and Japanese companies working with overseas counterparts.
4. Review progress and hand over
We review progress with you, make unresolved issues visible and agree adjustments where needed. We document decisions, actions and useful working routines so your team can continue using them after our engagement.
An independent approach to hiring
Japan Hiring Review provides a structured candidate interview and written assessment for a fixed fee agreed in advance, independent of whether you hire. Your company makes the final hiring decision. Practical onboarding recommendations are included in the report; hands-on post-hire support is optional and agreed separately.
