Why I started MJ Consulting
Over many years on the manufacturer side, I repeatedly saw the same pattern:
technically capable teams that still struggled to launch on time, not because of
a lack of skill, but because of gaps in communication, expectations, and project
operation between organizations and countries.
Many of these problems can be avoided when someone who understands both Japan
and Europe – their cultures, decision-making styles, and quality expectations –
stands in the middle and translates those differences into concrete actions.
MJ Consulting was created to play exactly that role. Rather than staying at the
level of advice, I work with your team on meeting structures, evaluation plans,
quality gates, and logs – the everyday mechanics that determine whether a project
will really finish on time.
My goal is to increase the number of projects that not only “aim high” but actually
cross the finish line.
